Happy New Year 2015! KME’s Year in Review, From Northern Virginia, DC & Maryland

Happy New Year, 2015 – may you, your family and friends find exceptional prosperity and happiness over this next year!

2014 was a core growth year for KME Internet Marketing & Technology, celebrating now a decade as one of Loudoun County VA’s most established and civic-engaged digital communications, marketing & IT firms.

We’ve branched out in the region, through partnerships with the George Mason Enterprise Center (MEC) and Northern Virginia Business Center, to offices in Fairfax, Prince William and Fauquier counties, with our Southern Maryland office opening underway. Several new staff and a growing internship pool from local university marketing & IT programs are now helping us deliver exceptional services to many more clients.

We’ve established new certifications and expanded partnerships with Google (as a certified business Partner), Yext, the Virginia News Group, plus other specialty service providers and  Prime contract holders (for government business), as well as a brand new SWaM vendor contract with the University of Virginia.

Our hands-on civic engagement continues, from provision of marketing & IT counseling to the Loudoun SBDC, to Loudoun EDAC representation and other volunteer initiatives. This includes helping several entrepreneurs and clients through the initial strategy and fundraising steps, using Kickstarter and IndieGoGo as crowdfunding mechanisms.

KME’s new and re-signed clients represent an extremely diverse and fast-growing segment of the local, regional, national and international business community, from very local home services, law and medical practices, to regional/national restaurants, family entertainment, home construction, realty and IT/security firms.

One client in particular, is a prime example of both the range of services our clients need, and the variety of capabilities we offer. Gideen.com is the world’s newest and only 3.0 music company that aligns the economic interests between music makers, marketers and music users/managers, enabling worldwide license management, promotion and sharing future music income. KME has been helping Gideen’s marketing/IT/PR teams in many ways, from social media optimization and outreach, to website consulting (digital strategy) and SEO, to investor research and a successful “Let the Music Pay!” Kickstarter campaign that achieved nearly 150% of its funding goal!

Our Silver Line mobile app and DC metro digital content network were significantly upgraded this year, as extremely unique offerings for our clients and partners. New Digital Strategy and Cyber Security offerings were introduced this year, and are poised for significant growth & utilization this next year.

In line both with the improving economy and our own expanding capabilities, all our clients have seen exceptional and growing success this past year.  They’ve achieved online visibility, generated enhanced brand reputation, driven more social engagement and customer conversions, and altogether grew their business with great ROI & use of the most current Internet services and technologies.

We’ve got a whole number of planned initiatives in the hopper for 2015, expanding our services and driving additional success for new and existing clients, partners and our local business community.
