We just moved into a new office at the intersection of Main Street and University Drive. As part of our accelerated growth, we are excited to have expanded our internship program. As an intern, you’ll gain valuable exposure to some of the most cutting edge advertising technologies as well as functional experience to help prepare you for your career. Past interns have gone on to work with Overstock, Wayfair, and a number of other industry leaders. We’re also proud to offer part and full time employment to our most exceptional candidates upon their successful completion of the program. We’re currently offering three internships, with just one position available for each.
One of the most important elements of digital branding, SEO, and advertising is content. Text is one of the primary means of conveying value and differentiating a business from their competitors. It is also the determining factor in the quality score of Google Ads, as well as the very core of good SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Most agencies rely on copy writers not only for creative advertising, but also to ghost-write blog content and descriptive, engaging, webpages. The KME.digital Content Generation Intern will be responsible not only for helping put together advertising campaigns, but also to write for all kinds of small businesses. This internship offers a breadth of experience to budding writers and creative types. Applications for this internship should include one creative and one technical (research paper, lab, etc.) example. Ideal candidates are Juniors and Seniors. English or Communications Majors are preferred, but these fields of study are not mandatory.
Send your resume and writing samples to email@example.com. In the body of the message, describe your aspirations and how you’re different! The subject line of the email must include the text “I’m Interested in the Summer Content Generation Internship!” to be considered.
At KME.digital, we manage both local businesses and national brands on various social platforms. Managing social media accounts for businesses might seem simple, but it’s a lot more than just using Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, and Instagram. Social Media Managers need to place themselves within the mindset of a particular business and operate based on sometimes ambiguous content guidelines. Standing apart from competitors, engaging users, dreaming up creative ways to get more followers, and using technologies like Hootsuite are all part and parcel of Social for business. Our Social intern needs to be a hard worker, creative, and highly organized. We’ll consider Juniors and Seniors in any field of study. Daily activities will include generation of social content, identification of “influencers” across multiple industries, hunting for new ways to stand out, and logging/planning actions within Excel, Word, or Hootsuite.
Send your resume and a breakdown of a major success you’ve had in social media and how you achieved it to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of the message, describe your aspirations and how you’re different! The subject line of the email must include the text “I’m Interested in the Summer Social Media Internship!” to be considered.
Our Google internship includes exposure and experience within a number of Google products. AdWords, Analytics, and Webmaster tools are the primary environments in which the Google intern will be working. A mix of analytical insight, data management skills, creativity, and good study habits are important for success in this program. Our Google intern will generate reports and manipulate data within Google Analytics, learn to use Google Webmaster tools for a variety of tasks, and gain experience creating and managing Google AdWords campaigns. As Google Partners, we have a dedicated team at Google that supports our agency in a number of endeavors, and each employee holds multiple certifications for Google products. This internship is perhaps our most highly coveted position, and as such, applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The position is open to Juniors and Seniors of any discipline.
